We strive to answer any questions our guests may have to the best of our abilities! Here are some of the most common questions we have gotten in the past. If you, or a member of your party, have a question that is not answered here, feel free to contact us directly!
Q: When will the first and last tours of the day start?
A: The first tour of the day will begin once doors open, with a five minute window for parties to purchase tickets. The last tour of the day will always begin 20 minutes prior to closing.
Q: How long is the entire tour?
A: The tour in its entirety is a maximum of 40 minutes long, and is has two parts, which are both included in the price of admission. The first part includes the Hall of Illusions, which is indoor and air conditioned. The second part of the tour is at the Slant House, which is outdoors.
Q: How much does the tour cost?
A: Adults (18+) are $15, students (6-18) are $10, and children 6 and under are free. We also offer a discount for veterans, making their price $10 for admission (thank you for your service!).
Q: Where is the nearest restroom?
A: The nearest restroom is about a block away near the wooden park, and to maximize your enjoyment of the tour, we recommend that you use the restroom before beginning your tour.
Q: Is there stroller parking available?
A: We don't have a designated area for stroller parking, but you may leave your stroller in the lobby while you are on the tour, and a tour guide will watch it for you. It is simple to maneuver your stroller through the first part, but it may be a little difficult to push up the hill to the Slant House.
Q: How long is the season?
A: We are opening on June 7th and our last day of the season is September 9th. (2023)
Q: Where do we buy tickets?
A: Tickets are purchased at our location. We are located on 6th street. (across from point to point park, and next to the mini golf course.)
